By booking, you agree to these terms:
Notarization fees are $25 per signature under Texas law. Remote online services include a $35 tech fee, and mobile notarization starts at $35, confirmed before your appointment. After-hours, weekend, or urgent requests may carry additional charges.
Payment is due at booking, and travel/tech fees are non-refundable once services begin. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Mobile Notary
Our mobile service brings the notary to you for ultimate convenience. This service includes a travel fee for each additional 10 miles beyond our Oak Ridge office.
In-Office Notary
Schedule a traditional, in-person notarization at our office. A simple and efficient solution for your document needs.
Online Virtual Notary
Utilize our secure remote online notarization (RON) platform to get your documents notarized virtually from anywhere in Texas, without leaving your home or office.

Information We Collect
For every notarization, we require personal identification details such as name, address, contact information, and a valid government-issued ID, as well as document and payment information to comply with Texas law. By booking, you agree to all fees and policies, including non-refundable travel and technology charges once service begins.
Service Fees
Our fees include $25 for in-office notariaztion, $50 for remote online notarization, and $45 for mobile notarization with travel costs confirmed in advance. After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments are $55, with custom pricing for large or multiple document packages. All fees are transparent and confirmed prior to service.
